David Estal holds course on citizen participation in a level of local action at the Instituto Interuniversitario de Desarrollo Local de la Universidad de Valencia.

The corse starts on the 21st of february with duration until the 2nd of march 2012. Monday, Thursday and Friday at 16:30-20:00 (20 hours of lecture.)
